ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

A "Culture of Connection" describes actions that strengthen a sense of community among health care professionals (HCPs), and foster greater connection between HCPs and their peers, patients, and purpose in practicing medicine. These behaviors result in more engagement, lower turnover, more fulfillment and greater agency. This six-part series will provide learners with the tools necessary to build strong community relationships.
