Becoming Mindful
Activity description
Mindfulness is not a technique, but a way to meet whatever life presents while taking care of yourself and others. The Becoming Mindful Journey is an expert-designed program that includes tools and practices based in cognitive behavioral therapy. By the end of this journey, you will be more curious about the joys and difficulties that occur in life, recognize your choice about responding rather than reacting to them and grow your capacity to be resilient.
