Leadership Evolution - Shaping Vision and Strategy 2024

Activity description

Vision statements can guide individuals, teams and organizations through productive changes, while strategies determine the actions to be taken to reach the envisioned goal. Success in reaching any goal depends upon the clarity of the vision and the effectiveness of the strategies employed. In this session, an overview of approaches to conceptualizing team visions and strategies will be provided, which will enable participants to identify opportunities to support team goals and the mission of the enterprise. Strategies to develop engagement plans that will rally support will also be described.
