Leadership Evolution - Leading Change (Spring 2023)

Activity description

Leading change is an essential leadership capability; however, it can be quite challenging to actualize. The key aspects of successfully leading change include not only enabling others to visualize new possibilities and develop effective strategies, but also inspiring them to engage in change and navigate—often as a team—to the determined outcome. This session will provide participants with insight into shaping supportive strategies for team and enterprise endeavors that are based on an awareness of the future of health care. It will describe potential pathways to future leadership possibilities that can lead change and detail how to form comprehensive communication plans that will motivate others to engage in new initiatives.
