Leadership Evolution - Cultivating Talent 2024

Activity description 

Cultivating talent within an organization is dependent upon coaching and training that can effectively develop team members’ capabilities and strengths. This session will examine the important leadership competency of building talent. Participants will learn strategies to support and develop team members’ strengths and capabilities, and how to engage in cooperative action with team members to utilize these strengths for the benefit of the team. Opportunities to build trust and accountability within the team will also be highlighted as a pathway to strengthening leadership skills.

Target Audience

This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of nurses, nurse practitioners, PAs, physicians and non-clinical staff who have an interest in cultivating talent.
