This program is a series of monthly lectures, pertinent to primary care for new graduate advanced practitioners. The goal of this series is to provide an introduction to specific diagnoses, work ups and specialty content as it relates to primary care.

This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of all new graduate advanced practitioners, most commonly nurse practitioners and PAs in primary care.
At the end of this educational activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify features indicative of a cortical dementia versus mixed or subcortical cognitive complaints.
- Discuss the evolving landscape of dementia diagnosis, clinical and biomarker driven.
- Explore core treatment options for dementia and their effectiveness.
