Activity description

The Annual Physician Partnership Forum was developed for health care professionals (HCPs) from across the U.S. in order to improve clinical practice. Learners will spend a packed few days of critical thinking, engaging dialogue, networking and learning. Learners will also have an opportunity to share best practices and learn from thought leaders with the goal of igniting innovative thinking.

Target Audience

This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of physicians, including family practice physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and PAs who are interested in improving their clinical practice.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this educational activity, participants should be able to:

  • Discuss best practices and current innovations within the health care industry.
  • Identify vulnerable and complex individuals who are more likely to respond to care management intervention.
  • List strategies to integrate behavioral health care for those in need.
  • Recognize contributing factors to HCP burnout along with interventions and best practices that may be implemented to impact the well-being of HCPs in a positive manner.
  • Outline strategies and approaches that may be taken to improve patient engagement.
