Pharmacogenomics

As Science Moves to Genetic Testing and Treatment: Part 2, Genetic-Informed Treatments

Activity description

Genetics/genomics is a vast and ever-growing area. Health care professionals (HCPs) must understand how it can impact the treatment plan for individuals with chronic illness, serious illness and/or rare diseases. This activity will discuss the importance of data and evidence regarding the use of genetics/genomics in treatment planning.
