ANNOUNCEMENT: Beginning Sept. 25, employees of UnitedHealth Group, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and their subsidiaries will have streamlined access to optumhealtheducation.com. Simply log in using your MSID (standard work credentials).

  • I used my personal email address to create my original Optum Health Education account, but now I log in with my work MSID credentials. What do I do now?
    • Continue logging in with your MSID. Contact us with your personal and work email addresses and, within 2 weeks, OHE will merge your personal account with your MSID account.
  • How do I know if I have an MSID?
    • If you are an employee of UnitedHealth Group, UnitedHealthcare, Optum or a subsidiary, your MSID is your standard work login credential used to access internal systems. If you're unsure, contact your manager for confirmation.
  • I forgot my MSID password. What should I do?
    • You can reset your MSID password through https://secure.uhc.com/ or contact the UHG Help Desk.
  • The data in my MSID profile is incorrect. Who should I contact?
    • If you notice incorrect information in your MSID profile, please contact the UHG Help Desk for assistance updating your profile.
  • My activity transcript is missing after logging in with my MSID credentials.
    • Don’t worry, your transcript data is not lost. Occasionally, during the transition to MSID, some accounts may temporarily disconnect, which can cause your transcript to appear incomplete.
To resolve this, please contact us and include the email address previously associated with your Optum Health Education account. Our support team will investigate and ensure your transcript is fully restored.
In the meantime, you can continue logging in using your MSID credentials.

    • At this time, access to optumhealtheducation.com is temporarily restricted to work-issued mobile devices using Microsoft Edge. Broader access is expected to be enabled soon. This FAQ will be updated once personal device access becomes available.
  • I received a “Duplicate account detected” error message. What should I do?
    • If you encounter this error, please contact us. A team member will investigate and resolve the issue on your behalf, typically within two weeks.
  • I’ve retired or changed companies and no longer have access to my MSID credentials. How can I continue using optumhealtheducation.com and access my transcript?
