Hotel room rate: $239.00 single/double occupancy; $30 for each additional guest. Rate is per room per night and is subject to prevailing state and local taxes. A first-night's room deposit is required when booking a reservation. Reservations must be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.

Hotel room release date: Friday, April 15, 2011. Reservations made after this date, or after the room block is sold out, will be at the prevailing room rate and subject to availability. Chicago is a popular destination, so please reserve your room early!

Program Materials

Program materials will be in electronic format. Approximately one week prior to the conference, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access the program materials in advance. In addition, you will receive a CD-ROM at the conference that contains the program materials. Please look for the e-mail announcement on or around May 5 for more detailed instructions.

Conference Attire

Attire for the conference is business casual. Although every effort is made to maintain a comfortable learning environment, meeting room temperatures can fluctuate greatly and may be difficult to control. The temperature is often cool in the meeting room. Therefore, bringing along a jacket or sweater is recommended.
