Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is located in downtown Madison, overlooking Lake Monona. The hotel is connected via a climate-controlled skywalk to the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center and is just blocks from the Wisconsin State Capitol and the University of Wisconsin Madison campus.

Hotel room rate: $169.00 single/double occupancy. (Rate is per room per night and is subject to prevailing state and local taxes.)

Hotel parking: Underground self-parking is available at the hotel at posted ramp prices. The current rate is $18 for overnight guests; this price is subject to change.

Complimentary airport shuttle: The Hilton Madison has complimentary shuttle service to and from Dane County Regional Airport. The hours of operation are 6:30 a.m.–10 p.m., seven days a week. Guests may request the shuttle upon arrival by using the courtesy phone located in baggage claim. Travel time to and from the airport is 15–20 minutes depending on traffic. Guests needing transportation outside of the shuttle hours of operation have easy access to taxis waiting outside baggage claim. The approximate cost is $20 one way.

The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor’s Club is downtown, near the State Capitol, State Street, University of Wisconsin campus, and just a few blocks from the Monona Terrace Convention Center.

Complimentary airport shuttle: A complimentary airport shuttle to and from Dane County Regional Airport is available to all hotel guests. Please use the courtesy phone in the baggage claim area (located between carousels one and two, near door five) to let the hotel know that you have your luggage and are ready to be picked up. The shuttle pickup area is located outside baggage claim at door five. Please make a reservation at the front desk for your return trip to the airport. The airport is five miles from the hotel.

The hotel is just steps from the Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired Monona Terrace Convention Center, as well as the Capitol Square where a variety of events and activities are hosted year-round.

Hotel room rate: $154.00 one bed, one–two people; $174 two beds, one–four people (Rates are per room per night and are subject to prevailing state and local taxes.)

Hotel parking: Valet parking is available at the hotel for overnight guests. The current rate is $10 per night. Self-parking is not available.

Program materials

Program materials will be in electronic format. You will receive an email approximately one week prior to the conference with instructions on how to access the materials.

Conference attire

Attire for the conference is business casual. Although every effort is made to maintain a comfortable learning environment, meeting room temperatures can fluctuate greatly and may be difficult to control. The temperature is often cool in the meeting room. Therefore, bringing along a jacket or sweater is recommended.
