“Directing the Future of Transplantation” will be held in the Health Sciences Learning Center (HSLC) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The HSLC is a state-of-the-art facility that includes classroom instruction and clinical skills training space for the School of Medicine and Public Health and School of Nursing. Located on the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics campus, it includes a sun-filled atrium space where symposium attendees will dine and relax.

Parking and Driving Directions: Parking will be available in University Lot 76. Cost is $1.20 for the first hour, then $1 per hour with a maximum of $12 per day. Please take a ticket when entering the parking lot; pay when exiting. The conference is located at the HSLC, a short walk across the street South of Lot 76. The Sheraton Madison Hotel is centrally located in Wisconsin’s state capital, and about 5 miles from the HSLC—the location of the conference. Program materials will be in electronic format. You will receive an e-mail on or around July 20 with instructions on how to access the materials prior to the conference. In addition, you will receive a CD-ROM at the conference that contains the program materials.

Conference Attire

Attire for the conference is business casual. Although every effort is made to maintain a comfortable learning environment, meeting room temperatures can fluctuate greatly and may be difficult to control. The temperature is often cool in the meeting room. Therefore, bringing along a jacket or sweater is recommended.
