Hotel Room Rate: $189 single/double occupancy (Rate is per room per night and is subject to prevailing state and local taxes.) A cancellation fee of one night’s guestroom and tax will be billed for a reservation canceled after 6 p.m. PDT, Oct. 12, 2012.

Hotel Room Block Release Date: Friday, Sept. 14, 2012. Reservations made after this date, or after the room block is sold out, will be at the prevailing room rate and subject to availability.

Program Materials

Program materials will be in electronic format. You will receive an e-mail on or around Oct. 10 with instructions on how to access the materials prior to the conference. In addition, you will receive a CD-ROM at the conference that contains the program materials.

Conference Attire

Attire for the conference is business casual. Although every effort is made to maintain a comfortable learning environment, meeting room temperatures can fluctuate greatly and may be difficult to control. The temperature is often cool in the meeting room. Therefore, bringing along a jacket or sweater is recommended.

The average high temperature in Seattle mid-October is a comfortable 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
