Hotel Room Block Release Date: Friday, Aug. 24, 2012. Reservations made after this date, or after the room block is sold out, will be at the prevailing room rate and subject to availability. Philadelphia is a popular destination in the fall, so reserve your room early!
Program materials will be in electronic format. You will receive an e-mail on or around Sept. 21 with instructions on how to access the materials prior to the conference. In addition, you will receive a CD-ROM at the conference that contains the program materials.
Attire for the conference is business casual. Although every effort is made to maintain a comfortable learning environment, meeting room temperatures can fluctuate greatly and may be difficult to control. The temperature is often cool in the meeting room. Therefore, bringing along a jacket or sweater is recommended.
The average high temperature in Philadelphia during September is a comfortable 68 degrees Fahrenheit.
