Registration Information:

Tuition includes conference sessions, program syllabus, continuing education record-keeping and Certificate of Attendance, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, reception and tour.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing. A $25 processing fee will be assessed on cancellations received by August 31, 2012. No refunds will be given after August 31, 2012.

OptumHealth Education, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania reserve the right to refuse conference registration and attendance.
