“Exploring Advances Along the Continuum of Care in Transplantation and Cancer Treatment” will be held at Lurie Children’s, located on the downtown campus of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Formerly Children’s Memorial Hospital, Lurie Children’s moved into a new, 23-story, state-of-the-art facility in June 2012.

Program materials will be in electronic format. You will receive an e-mail on or around June 5 with instructions on how to access the materials prior to the conference. In addition, you will receive a CD-ROM at the conference that contains the program materials.

Attire for the conference is business casual. Although every effort is made to maintain a comfortable learning environment, meeting room temperatures can fluctuate greatly and may be difficult to control. The temperature is often cool in the meeting room. Therefore, bringing along a jacket or sweater is recommended.
