Reviewer Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Attestation

By accessing and reviewing these materials, I acknowledge and agree that:

  1. The materials provided to me, including but not limited to educational content, modules, podcasts, toolkits, presentations, supporting documents, and related resources (“Confidential Materials”), are confidential and proprietary to Optum Health Education (OHE) and/or its licensors.
  2. The Confidential Materials are being provided solely for the purpose of conducting a review and providing feedback as requested by OHE.
  3. I will not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, share, record, screenshot, disclose, or otherwise make the Confidential Materials available to any third party without prior written authorization from OHE.
  4. I will not upload, input, transmit, or otherwise provide any portion of the Confidential Materials to any generative artificial intelligence system, large language model, chatbot, machine learning platform, external database, or third-party software or service unless expressly authorized in writing by OHE.
  5. I will not use the Confidential Materials, concepts, content, designs, or educational approaches for personal, commercial, competitive, or organizational purposes beyond the scope of this review.
  6. Any feedback, recommendations, comments, or suggestions I provide may be used by OHE without restriction or obligation, and the underlying Confidential Materials and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of OHE and/or its licensors.
  7. No license, ownership interest, intellectual property right, or other right is granted or transferred to me by virtue of access to the Confidential Materials, except for the limited, revocable right to review the materials solely for the purpose described in this attestation.
  8. Upon completion of the review, I will delete or destroy any downloaded or printed copies of the materials if requested.
