Post materials will be available on Saturday, March 12, 2022.

Participants will be able to receive up to 10 credits for attending the Physician Partnership Forum. Credits available: AMA Category I (physicians, PAs, NPs), ANCC's NCPD (nurses, NPs) and American Academy of Family Physicians prescribed credits. General attendance certificates will also be available.

In order to receive credit, the post materials must be completed no later than April 30, 2022. At the end of the process, you will be able to view, save, or print your certificate.
