Registration Information

Full-tuition registrants are provided the following for both days of the conference: parking at CenturyLink Center, program syllabus, continuing education record-keeping and Certificate of Attendance, access to conference sessions, continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches.

One-day registrants are provided the following for the day purchased: parking at CenturyLink Center, program syllabus, continuing education record-keeping and Certificate of Attendance, access to conference sessions, continental breakfast, breaks, and lunch.

Send cancellation request to moreinfo@optumhealtheducation.com. A $15 processing fee will be assessed on cancellations received by June 16, 2014. No refunds will be given after June 16, 2014.

OptumHealth Education and The Nebraska Medical Center reserve the right to refuse conference registration and attendance.
