With the glittering Strip at its doorstep, the nongaming Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas creates a perfect setting for the “11th Annual Medical Director/Physician Leadership Forum.” Four Seasons is a tranquil hotel on the south end of the legendary Las Vegas Boulevard with guest rooms on floors 35–39 of the Mandalay Bay tower, offering unsurpassed views of the world-famous Las Vegas Boulevard and surrounding desert landscape.
Directions, parking and ground transportation: The Four Seasons is approximately 15 minutes (three miles) from the McCarran International Airport. Attendees are responsible for ground transfers between the airport and the Four Seasons.
Overnight valet is available at the hotel with an applicable fee. Self-parking is available at the Mandalay Bay Resort. Applicable fees apply. For all guests, the first hour in self-park is complimentary. For expedited exit, keep your parking ticket with you and pay at the kiosk prior to returning to your vehicle.

Hotel discounted room rate and fee: A limited number of rooms are available at the Four Seasons for Wednesday, Nov. 8 through Saturday, Nov. 11 at the special conference rate of $225 for single and double occupancy. A discounted daily resort fee of $15 will also be charged that includes in-room wired and wireless high-speed Internet access for multiple devices; wireless high-speed Internet access in the lobby, pool and Verandah restaurant; in-room coffee and tea service; and unlimited local and toll-free calls. Rates are per room, per night, and subject to prevailing state and local taxes. Individuals are responsible for room costs and fees. Please note that a deposit will be charged to the credit card submitted at the time of booking your reservation.
Hotel reservation deadline: Monday, Oct. 16, 2017, or when rooms sell out, whichever comes first. You are strongly encouraged to make your reservation before the group block is released on Oct. 16. Reservations received after Oct. 16, or after the room block is sold out, will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing room rate.

Reservation cancellation deadline: To avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the room rate and tax for one night, your cancellation notice must be received by Four Seasons Las Vegas at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival (by 6 p.m.).

Conference attire
Business attire is suggested for the conference. Although every effort is made to maintain a comfortable learning environment, meeting room temperatures can fluctuate greatly and may be difficult to control. The temperature is often cool in the meeting room. Therefore, bringing along a jacket or sweater is recommended.
