Hotel Discounted Room Rate: There are a limited number of rooms available at a special conference rate of $309.00 for Wednesday and Thursday, and $219 for Friday for single and double occupancy. (Rates are per room, per night and subject to prevailing state and local taxes. Individuals are responsible for room and tax fees.)
Hotel Reservation Deadline: Tuesday, Oct.15, 2013, or when rooms sell out, whichever comes first. You are strongly encouraged to make your reservation before the group block is released on Oct. 15. Reservations received after Oct. 15, or after the room block is sold out, will be accepted on a space-available-basis at the prevailing room rate.

Directions, Parking and Ground Transportation
The Hilton Austin is approximately seven miles, or 15 minutes, from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Attendees are responsible for ground transfers between the airport and Hilton Austin.

Program materials will be in electronic format. Approximately one week prior to the conference, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access the program materials in advance. Please look for the e-mail announcement on or around Oct. 30 for more detailed instructions.
Business casual attire is suggested for this conference. Although every effort is made to maintain a comfortable learning environment, meeting room temperatures can fluctuate greatly and may be difficult to control. The temperature is often cool in the meeting room. Therefore, bringing along a jacket or sweater is recommended.
