Hotel Discounted Room Rate: Rooms are available at a special conference rate of $199/night for single and double occupancy.

Hotel Reservation Deadline: Deadline extended to Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012, or when rooms sell out, whichever comes first. The Four Seasons general reservations are sold out during the days of our conference. You are strongly encouraged to make your reservation before the group block is released on Oct. 16. Reservations received after Oct. 16, or after the room block is sold out, will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing room rate.

Reservation Cancellation Deadline: Tuesday, Oct. 16—Reservations must be canceled on or before Oct. 16 to avoid a penalty of the cost of one night’s room and tax.

Directions and Ground Transportation

The Four Seasons is approximately 15 minutes (three miles) from the McCarran International Airport. A taxi between the airport and hotel costs approximately $20, plus tip. Overnight valet is available at the Hotel with an applicable fee. Complimentary self-parking is available at the Mandalay Bay Resort.

Conference Attire

Attire for the conference is business casual. Although every effort is made to maintain a comfortable learning environment, meeting room temperatures can fluctuate greatly and may be difficult to control. The temperature is often cool in the meeting room. Therefore, bringing along a jacket or sweater is recommended.
