This live webcast will examine gaps in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) parental mental health practices, including inconsistent screening and limited post-discharge support. Participants will learn strategies such as standardized, culturally sensitive screening and multidisciplinary interventions to improve equitable, proactive mental health care for NICU families.
This activity is designed for the health care team—including physicians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other professionals—to learn with, from, and about each other in addressing parental mental health during NICU care.
