Series Description
This educational series consists of continuing professional development (CPD) modules for licensed counselors and mental health professionals who serve as clinicians, consultants, or coaches to Trust & Safety teams, including content moderators exposed to triggering and traumatic digital material. Through interactive, reflective, and practice based sessions, participants will examine the clinical impact of high exposure digital work on mental health and functioning, and will gain specialized skills needed for effectively supporting high-intensity environments. Evidence-informed frameworks will be used to explore secondary trauma, vigilance demands, meaning and purpose, sleep disruption, moral stress, and clinician self protection. The series emphasizes practical assessment approaches and brief, realistic interventions that support effective clinical care and sustainable practice in high intensity Trust & Safety environments.
