Registration includes: Conference sessions, program syllabus, continuing education record-keeping and Certificate of Attendance, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions.
Cancellation & refund policy: To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. A $25 processing fee will be assessed on cancellations received after Sept. 9, 2016.
