Registration Information

Registration Includes: Conference sessions, program syllabus, continuing education record-keeping and Certificate of Attendance, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:  To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request must be sent to moreinfo@optumhealtheducation.com. A $25 processing fee will be assessed on cancellations received after Sept. 4, 2015.
