Method of Participation
For information on applicability and acceptance of continuing education credit for this activity, please consult your professional licensing board.
Participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the activity, which includes the following:

• Attending the live conference
• Completing the Activity Assessments, Activity Evaluation, and Application for Certificate of Credit forms

You must be logged in to your account to participate in this activity. Click “Begin” and view the “CE Info”; then follow the prompts at the bottom of the screen. At the end of the activity, you will be able to view, save, or print your certificate of participation*. The Area of Practice you indicated in your profile corresponds with your certificate type. **********Important Instructions for PSYCHOLOGISTS Only! ***********
To receive a CE Certificate for psychologist credit, you must complete Amedco's Evaluation and Certificate Process. The online certificate site will be available at the end of the day on Sept. 26 through Oct. 22. If you need a CE certificate, you must complete the evaluation and certificate process prior to Oct. 22; otherwise you will forfeit your credit for the conference.
To get your certificate for PSYCHOLOGIST credit:
> Go to www.CmeCertificateOnline.com
> Scroll down to the OptumHealth Education listing
> Click on "22nd Annual National Conference"
> Enter password: ANC22
> Select the sessions you attended and evaluate various aspects of the program
> Print your certificate for pyschologist credit. A copy will also be e-mailed to you in case you need to print additional copies (check your spam filter and junk e-mail folder if you do not see it come through).
