Maps and Transportation: The Marriott Downtown is approximately 12 miles from Chicago Midway International Airport and 15 miles from O'Hare International Airport and is easily accessible via taxi, subway, or airport shuttle. Parking: A parking discount is available to conference registrants. Overnight self-park at the Marriott is $24; Short-term self-park is $20. Vouchers to receive the discount for short-term parking will be available at the conference registration desk. For Marriott overnight guests, the discounted rate will be on your room bill, so you do not need a voucher.

Rate: $235.00 single–quad occupancy (Rate is per room per night and is subject to prevailing state and local taxes.) All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Refer to your confirmation e-mail for the cancellation policy.

Hotel Room Release Date: Friday, Aug. 17, 2012. Reservations made after this date, or after the room block is sold out, will be at the prevailing room rate and subject to availability. You are strongly encouraged to secure your hotel reservation early.

Conference Attire

Business attire is suggested for the conference. Although every effort is made to maintain a comfortable learning environment, meeting room temperatures can fluctuate greatly and may be difficult to control. The temperature is often cool in the meeting room. Therefore, bringing along a jacket or sweater is recommended.
