Decisions about colorectal cancer screening and surveillance in older adults require clinicians to balance potential benefits with procedural risks, prior screening and polyp history, life expectancy, and overall health status. This activity will examine current evidence and recommendations for colorectal cancer screening and post-polypectomy surveillance, with particular attention to adults older than 75 years. Participants will explore how emerging evidence can inform individualized decisions about whether to continue, modify, or discontinue screening or surveillance and translate the evidence into practical clinical guidance.
