Intended Audience: 

Network physicians who are in a UnitedHealth Premium specialty, practice administrators, internal Market Medical Directors, Network, regulatory affairs, Premium program staff and other business segments that interface with the Premium program.

Activity Description: 

This activity will educate the learner about the Premium program’s methodology and new online tools to support practice improvement including assessment reports and to request reconsideration.
