Physicians will receive their certificate via mail approximately 4-8 weeks after the close of this evaluation. The University of Nebraska maintains responsibility for the program.
Social Workers will receive their certificate via mail approximately 4-8 weeks after the close of this evaluation. R. Cassidy Seminars maintains responsibility for the program.
Participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the activity, which includes the following:
- Attending the live conference held in Omaha, NE from July 27-26, 2011
- Completing the Activity Evaluation and Application for Certificate of Credit forms
