Method of Participation

Social Workers will receive their certificate via mail approximately 4-8 weeks after the close of this evaluation. R. Cassidy Seminars maintains responsibility for the program.
Participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the activity, which includes the following:

• Attending the live conference held in Minneapolis, MN from October 4-6, 2011
• Completing the Activity Evaluation and Application for Certificate of Credit forms
